Profile – Michelle Yan, BBM (cum laude), founder Path Solaris
A student of the Clairvision School of Meditation since December 2002, Michelle sustains a daily meditation practice, and uses the Inner Space Technique of ISIS as her main engine of transformation.
Her long time interest in the study of therapeutic gems has led her to becoming the sole reseller of Gemisphere therapeutic gemstone tools in Singapore since 2003. She conducts talks and provides private consultations to help clients select the most suitable gemstones to meet their needs. Michelle has appeared in several media articles such as The Straits Times, Simply Her and New Breath magazine on the topic of Gemstone
In 2005, Michelle started belly dancing. Her main aim of dancing is not for performance but as a form of therapy to get in touch with oneself. She found a teacher in Dunya (Dianne McPherson) who teaches Sensual Alchemy (spiritual belly dance) and Dance Meditation in New York. Dance Meditation and Sensual Alchemy combines dance as an art & a way to connect to one’s divine essence. Michelle conducts dance circles; a dance gathering open to anyone who is interested to explore dance as a doorway to greater self & bodily awareness.
Michelle started her exploration into the language of planetary forces & astrology in 2005 when she read Planetary Forces, Alchemy and Healing by Dr Samuel Sagan. Her interest in astrology got re-sparked when she discovered writings by Dane Rudhyar. Rudhyar’s form of astrology focuses on using astrology as a spiritual practice instead of predicting events in one’s life. Michelle believes that astrology is the key to understanding cosmic timing of phases in one’s life and is an important element in consultation with clients.
